Thank you for ordering a pair of Tamar Shalem hand crafted shoes. You can always exchange or return your pair, no need to explain why. We are a family business and our inventory is small, so we appreciate your effort in sending your pair back to us as soon as you can. Please try to do so within seven days of receipt. Please let us know if you are returning an order so we can expect your parcel.

If you wish to exchange your pair, we will gladly reserve a pair for you as soon as you confirm shipping of your parcel.

The returned shipping is at your expense. Everything else is on us. The goods are your responsibility until they are delivered to us. Please obtain posting proof until we confirm delivery.

All shoes must be returned in unused, like new, undamaged condition in their original box. (We reuse our boxes, so it would be great if you could send yours in a used plastic bag). Please try your shoes on a clean surface. In the interest of hygiene, we appreciate it if you first try them on with thin socks/ stockings.

Please follow our shipping instructions to make your return as smooth as possible:

USA customers: Please ship with USPS "first class" service only. It`s the cheapest for you, and the only one that goes smoothly through customs in the USA and Israel. USPS representative will tell you that this service has no tracking option outside the USA. Please ignore and use it anyway. The parcel cannot be tracked only during the flight. It is trackable at any other stage of the journey. Please refuse any shipping upgrades, extra boxes Etc.

You will find a number on your USPS receipt looking like: LC123456789US. That`s your tracking number. You are welcome to send it to us. First class packages take 10-20 days to reach us.

EU customers: Please use your public post`s cheapest service that has a tracking number and avoid using EMS (express mail services) or priority of any kind.

Unfortunately, we cannot except returns via private companies such as DHL/ UPS.

You are welcome to write to us if you are having difficulties in finding such shipping service, we will find the right solution for you.

Customers from all other countries: Please use regular registered mail and avoid using EMS (express mail services) or priority of any kind.
