Return / Exchange Terms:
I`d be happy to assist with returns and exchanges. The only non-refundable products are those who have been custom made.
Please follow these steps for a smooth process:
- Please let me know that you intend to return or exchange an item. In case you would like to exchange your pair, I`d be happy to reserve the pair you choose and send it to you as soon as I receive your returned parcel.
- Tamar Shalem is a family business. Our inventory is limited and we appreciate it if you can send your returned item as soon as possible, and no longer than 14 days after receiving it.
- When trying on your new pair, please use stockings and wear it on a clean surface. Used or customer damaged shoes will not be refunded or exchanged.
- When shipping a parcel, please use the following services only, and please ask the post office representative to avoid any EMS (express mail services):
USA CUSTOMERS: Please use USPS "first class" service only. It is the cheapest one for you. USPS will tell you that this service has no tracking outside the USA, but it does. You will find a number on your receipt looking like LC123456789US. That is your tracking number and I can show you how to track your parcel after it departs from the USA.
UK CUSTOMERS: Please use only Royal Mail`s regular register mail and refuse any upgrades suggested.
NON USA OR UK CUSTOMERS: Please use the cheapest international post service that has a tracking option and make sure it is not defined as "Priority" or "EMS".
- Please DO NOT use any private companies such as DHL / UPS / TNT Etc. I will not be able to accept parcels shipped with private companies since their tax charge is usually higher than the items value. Packages shipped with private companies will most likely be returned back to you.
- For our planet, please wrap your box with any used plastic bag or any water proof material, so we can reuse the box.
